Do you accommodate dogs?

Service dogs are accommodated free of charge. For all other dogs we stick to a one dog per room policy. In group bookings we request the organizers approval.

Do I have to bring my own sport equipment (balls, nets, etc.)?

No – the sports facility rental includes sports equipment for each sport except for softball. We do not offer softball equipment.

Is it possible to  extend the opening hours of cafe with a group booking?

Yes, it is possible. However, it must be requested in advance during the booking process. Your request may be denied due to operational reasons.

Can I order a packed lunch/supper?

Yes, it must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance.

Can I rent the entire hotel including the kitchen?

No, it is not possible to rent the kitchen in the hotel or the Malenka cabin. Our hotel staff cooks and serves meals in both places. You can rent the Útulna cabin, where you can prepare meals for small groups, and each of the other cabins includes a small kitchen.

Can I order vegetarian, gluten-free or other diet meals?

Yes, we offer vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free meals. Any other diet requests must be discussed ahead of time with the kitchen manager. Please order your diets ahead of time with your event organizer.

Can I visit the restaurant as an individual?

We do not offer standard restaurant service, where one can visit and choose any meal from the menu. It is necessary to book your meal in advance.

Our café offers the standard assortment (desserts, hot and cold beverages, ice-cream…) during opening hours. If you plan on visiting our hotel, we recommend checking the availability at the hotel reception in advance. The hotel may be closed to the public due to a client’s request (eg. large conferences, family celebrations, weddings…). During these events the hotel will be marked with a sign “Private event” at the entrance to the facility

Can I pay in euros? Do you have a currency exchange office?

We only accept CZK (Czech Koruna) and card only. Deposits and group bookings are paid by bank transfer. We do not offer a currency exchange office.
