Do you also accommodate dogs?
Seeing eye dogs are accommodated free of charge. We accommodate only one dog per room for extra charge in other cases. We request agreement from the event organizer in case of group bookings.
Do I have to bring my own sport equipment (balls, nets)?
No – the renting of the sports facility includes the sports equipment for each sport. Exception is the Softball ground – we do not offer softball equipment.
Is it possible to request the extended opening hours of cafe with a group booking?
Yes, it is possible. However it has to be requested while placing a booking – in advance. Request for extended opening hours on the exact day of event may not be accepted due to operational reasons.
Can I order the dining package instead of lunch/dinner?
Yes, it has to be ordered 24 hours in advance.
Is it possible to rent the entire hotel including the kitchen?
No, it is not possible either in the hotel or in the “Malenka” timber house – hotel staff cooks and serves the meals. It is possible to rent the “Útulna” timber house, where you can prepare food for a small group.
Can I order vegetarian (gluten-free) meals during my stay?
Yes, it is possible. Please, order your meal requests through your event organizer. We are prepared to cook and serve vegetarian and gluten-free meals. Any other diet requests shall be discussed with the head of kitchen service.
Is it possible to visit the restaurant for individual meals?
We are not offering standard restaurant operation, where you can visit and choose any meal from the menu. It is necessary to book in advance. Our cafe offers the standard assortment (desserts, hot and cold beverages, ice-creams) of any cafe or restaurant in opening hours. If you plan to visit our hotel, we recommend checking the availability at the hotel reception by phone on the exact day. It may also happen that our hotel is closed to the public due to the request of our client (e.g. large conferences, celebrations, weddings). Our clients often wish to use the entire hotel facility. During these events, the note “Private Event” will be displayed at the entrance to the facility.
Is it possible to pay in Euros? Is there a possibility for any currency exchange?
In the hotel it is possible to pay in CZK (Czech Koruna) only. You can also use your bankcard. With group events we are using advance payment and bank account transfers. Currency exchange is not operated in the hotel.
