Do you accommodate dogs?

No, it is not possible to rent the kitchen in the hotel or the Malenka cabin. Our hotel staff cooks and serves meals in both places. You can rent the Útulna cabin, where you can prepare meals for small groups, and each of the other cabins includes a small kitchen.
Can I order vegetarian, gluten-free or other diet meals?
Can I visit the restaurant as an individual?
We do not offer standard restaurant service, where one can visit and choose any meal from the menu. It is necessary to book your meal in advance.
Our café offers the standard assortment (desserts, hot and cold beverages, ice-cream…) during opening hours. If you plan on visiting our hotel, we recommend checking the availability at the hotel reception in advance because the hotel may be closed to the public due to a client’s request (eg. large conferences, family celebrations, weddings…).
Can I pay in euros? Do you have a currency exchange office?
We accept CZK (Czech Koruna) and card only. Deposits and group bookings are paid by bank transfer. We do not offer a currency exchange office.
